Mike writes, "It took me 3 years to finally get drawn for a bull moose tag in this area. Then on opening day, November 1st 2000, a half hour after sun-up, I had my choice of 3 bulls together in a dead fall area at 200 yards. I picked the biggest
one of course. With the help of my hunting partner Greg (on the right) it took us 7 hours to pack this beast out about 3/4 mile, quarter at a time.
The approximate live weight of the bull was 800 pounds and the spread on the rack is 50 inches."
