Dan Presley writes, "I started this hunt by drawing a permit for a trophy on the Kenai Peninsula Tustamena Bench. This is a late season hunt with access by horse only. I have my own horses, so with friend, Kevin Smith, we took 6 horses and packed in 20 miles. After 8 days, (2 packing in and 6 hunting) and turning down 12 different bulls, I shot this one. I called him and a cow into about 30 yards and shot him with my Ruger 338. He net scored 208 B&C with a 66-7/8 inch spread. Weather was great, saw 3 wolves and had a wonderful time. All in all, we saw and filmed 16 different bulls varying in size from 36-inches to 66-inches."
