Justin Saleeby writes, "After 3 years of hunting him, I took my buck on public land in a DIY style hunt. He had eluded me before, so I was very patient and waited for him to bed. Two rain storms and a 3 hour stalk put me 60 yards from him. My range finder read 60 yards. While waiting, the slightest breeze tickled the back of my neck then his rack dropped and his hindquarts were up. I drew as his fronts leveled. My arrow struck his shoulder punching through to the other! He was crippled and quickly passed. Bottom photo is 2 years ago.
