Mike Pope took this big bull while hunting the Book Cliffs in 2000. It took only one shot from his Remington BDL 30.06 to bring the bull down. Mike writes, "We packed in 10 miles on mules and had one heck of a fun time playing with the Elk. We watched this guy across a canyon the day before I shot him.
