Now this is a big, wide bull! Fred Rathke sent us this photo of Jed Farmer's bull. Jed harvested the bull in the Frank Church Wilderness in Idaho during the 2000 season. Jed packed in on horseback 8 miles. He saw 12 wolves, 8 mountain goats, 4 bighorn sheep, 1 bear, and 1 elk, this one! Jed bugled the bull in and took him with his Browning .270 at 10 yards.
Fred writes, "The bull came approx. 300 yards in response to Jed's bugling. When Jed called me at work and said he was bringing his bull by, he also said it was wide. I had no idea it was this wide! This bull literally touched both sides of the pickup bed."
