Josh Cadwell writes, "Here are some photos of a buck that I was lucky enough to harvest this year during Nevada's early archery season. I had been watching this buck, along with numerous other big bucks, for a couple of weeks. After sitting in the rocks and hot sun for 2-1\2 hours at 37 yards away, I got my chance. Unfortunately I MISSED! I couldn't believe it. The best buck I have ever had the chance at and I blew it. I thought I would never see him again. Lucky for me, I went out the next morning, and there he was, not a 1000 yards from where he was the day before. After a long sneek, and getting within 10 yards of him again, he stood up and ran out to 55 yards and gave me another shot. With one shot from my Hoyt, the big buck was down this time. He measures 30" wide, 21" tall, and is an 8x4, including the drop tines. I want to thank my friends Tom Wright, Joe Wright, and good hunting partner, Myron Branning, for their help.
