Ken Sutton writes, "This past hunting season was one for the books! My dad has been hunting in Colorado for over 15 years, and this year he shot the biggest bull of his life! In February of 2008, he had double knee replacement and this hunting season was a test for him and the new knees. Turns out we may not have ever had to leave the pickup. After a nice long hike early one morning, we were almost back to the pickup, about 20 yards away, and about 20 yards on the other side of the truck, out of the trees came 7 bulls! One or two smaller ones, and then the last 5 were really nice bulls. Dad had an opening in the trees and when this nice 6x6 hit the opening at full speed, dad hit him right through the lungs. We didn't get to see him go down, but after some looking we found him a couple hundred yards away from where dad hit him. At 68, dad may not have many more hunts in him, but not sure that it matters any more!"
