Brian Braymiller writes, "Over the years I've dreamed of hunting with my daughter when she hit the right age. This year my daughter and I drew the late rifle bull elk together. What an awesome experience for both of us to drop bulls opening morning only yards apart. While they're not the trophies I dreamed about all year long, the memories of this day will far outweigh my 400 class bull. I'll get him another day. The smile on my 16 year old daughters face while the snow fell and the bulls came into sight at 300 yards was priceless. She dropped her 5x5 at 300 yards in the snow with one shot. Me on the other hand had to convince my rag horn that he needed to stop jumping rail road tracks and barb wire fences before he came to his final resting place."
